NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 12, 2014, in Case Number 2014-CA-004857, Division N, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS 911, INC., a Florida Corporation, is the Plaintiff, and DCGC, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 2014, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The North 42 feet of Lot 8, Block 2, of HELLEKES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 36, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. [Street Address: 2711 North 67th Street, Tampa, Florida 33619]
Any person claiming an interest, if any, in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
