FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P.,, is the Plaintiff and Adrian Morales, All Pro Lawn Maintenance Inc., Janet Morales, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For Universal American Mortgage Company, Llc, Palmera Pointe Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
