NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
UNIT 66106, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16385, PAGE 303, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16392, PAGE 530 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16392, PAGE 534 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 42 THROUGH 45, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS

at public sale on the 22 day of September, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
