TRUST 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD L LANGFORD; MARILYNN D LANGFORD; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/21/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SAID CRAWLEY ROAD, AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND UTILITIES ACROSS THE EAST 15.0 FEET THEREOF.
