NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-003269 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and BARTLOMIEJ ARCISZEWSKI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONC REGISTSRTION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, A DIVISION OF AIG FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; GLENDA J. FIORE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK 1, WOOD LAKE PHASE 1, UNIT NO. 4A, AS ACCORDING PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
