Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-000043, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and, HORACE CURRIE JR, A/K/A HORACE CURRIE; BERNADINE CURRIE; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
