Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-003193, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2007-KS4, is the Plaintiff, and, STEVEN E. BAILEY; PETRA BAILEY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
