NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-010690, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE FOR PENNYMAC LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL1, is the Plaintiff, and, ISABEL GALDAMEZ PITA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSE MORALES; LIBERTY REVERSE MORTGAGE, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
