Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-008299, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004-RS8, is the Plaintiff, and, CARLOS WILLIAM DIAZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS WILLIAM DIAZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; CACH, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
