AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE,, is the Plaintiff, and, LOREN J. JONES A/K/A LOREN JONES; SUSANNE M. JONES SUSANNE JONES; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
