NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2014 entered in Case No. 522012CA010098XXCICI-021 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee for the Certificate-Holders of Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Ndue Luka; Unknown Spouse of Ndue Luka; Unknown Tenant #1A; Unknown Tenant #2A; Unknown Tenant #1B; Unknown Tenant #2B are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4, HIGH POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
