NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-011822, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and ERNESTO BARRIENTOS JR. A/K/A ERNESTO BARRIENTOS; DREW CREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KRISTEN KOWALL, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, DREW CREST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS/CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15823, PAGE(S) 2366, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
