NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000659 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MANUELA CONNELLY; KEVIN P CONNELLY; ANJA NORMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/29/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 14, PINE MEADOWS II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6304, PAGE 1719, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 45 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
