Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That part of Tract “A”, ORANGE BLOSSOM RIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT FIVE, described as follows: From the Northeasterly corner of said Tract “A”, run Westerly along the North line of Tract “A” 150 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence continue Westerly along the North line of Tract “A”, 150 feet; thence run South on a line parallel to the West line of Tract “A” to the Southerly boundary of Tract “A”; thence East along the Southerly boundary of Tract “A” 150 feet; thence North along a line parallel to the West line of Tract “A” to the Point of Beginning, according to Plat Book 52, Page 27, on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on November 18, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
