NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-013376 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Owners of Terwin Micro Asset-Backed Securities, Series 2007-QHL1, Plaintiff and Edward P. Hughes a/k/a Edward Hughes and Leslie C. Hughes a/k/a Leslie Hughes, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 138, WOODGATE OF COUNTRYSIDE - UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 96 AND 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
