NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-019280 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Holders of The Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-OA4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Jeffrey D. Freeman are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, PINE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
