Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure enterd on July 24, 2014, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT A BUILDING 13, ROSETREE VILLAGE, Phase IB, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 19 of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 19, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.
