YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to compel the recording of an assignment, a satisfaction, or discharge of mortgage on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 601, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Holiday Villas III, a condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4230, Pages 1517 through 1591, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 45 and 46, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before 9/29/2014, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pinellas County Court House, 315 Court Street, Room 170, Clearwater, FL 33756 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
