NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-014867-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and KATHY L. TREMBLAY; PAUL A. TREMBLAY; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this September 22nd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, HERITAGE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 95 AND 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
