NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-000990-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR25, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR25 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and MATTHEW L. PARTRIDGE, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 20, HARSHAW - FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4118 23RD AVENUE NORTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
