NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 05, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10013505CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and AUSTIN SANTO, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAND TRUST 7401 BAY ISLAND DRIVE S, 329, SOUTH PASADENA, FLORIDA 33707, MARGARET T. REDMILE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE HORACE D. REDMILE AND MARGARET REDMILE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 3, 2000, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF LAND TRUST 7401 BAY ISLAND DRIVE S, 329, SOUTH PASADENA, FLORIDA 33707, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HORACE D. REDMILE AND MARGARET REDMILE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 3, 2000, SUN ISLAND ASSOCIATION, INC., and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

UNIT 329 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BAY ISLAND GROUP NO. 6, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 59, 60, 61, 62 AND 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 13, 1971 IN O.R. BOOK 3540, PAGE 677, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 71-051798, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 6, 1973 IN O.R. BOOK 4000, PAGE 1322, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 73-029370, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
