NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 20, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-015764-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ALAN S LEE; SHERRILYN S LEE; PINEBROOK TOWNE HOUSE ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINEBROOK HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/20/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 22, LESS THE EAST 2.00 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1.54 FEET OF LOT 23, BUILDING 6, UNIT 2, OF PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE TWO, UNIT 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 3 AND 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
