NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in 13-11163-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS W. MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS W. MILLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM BALKOVIC; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JENNIFER WILSON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
LOT 28 OF WOOHURST EXT'N, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PART CONVEYED TO CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG IN DEED BOOK 1631, PAGE 579, INSTRUMENT NO. 319279-A AND LESS THAT PART CONVEYED TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BY ORDER OF TAKING IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3873, PAGE 293, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 28 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 28, 19.21 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 00' 47.02” EAST, 50 FEET TO THE EAST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 28, THENCE SOUTHERLY 16.46 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 28, THENCE WESTERLY 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
