NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in 12-009784-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CP-SRMOF II 2012-TRUST, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN SCHNEIDER, DECEASED; HEATHER HILL APARTMENTS NO. 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STEVEN SCHNEIDER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 3, BUILDING D, OF HEATHER HILL APARTMENTS NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3317, PAGE 499, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
SAID ESTATE WAS CREATED PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM LEASE RECORDED 4/29/70, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3317, PAGE 554, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
