NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, and entered in 10-005393-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and ASHWINKUMAR C. SHAH; PARESHA A. SHAH; CENTRAL BANK; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CHRISTINA FERRELL; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A DELIA ESPINO; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF LOT 2, PINELLAS GROVES, IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16, EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE CENTER OF SAID SECTION 32, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 28'57” WEST 994.92 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF MICHIGAN DRIVE; THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 24'08” EAST ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF SAID MICHIGAN DRIVE 299.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 28'57” EAST, 33.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 24'08” EAST, 80.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 28'57” EAST, 150.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 24'08” WEST, 30.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 28'57” WEST, 25.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 24'08” WEST, 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 28'57” WEST, 125.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
