NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014, and entered in 10-010302-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEEE, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006 RS1 is the Plaintiff and JOHN SWINERTON; MARY SWINERTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS AS NOMINEE FOR CIMARRON MORTGAGE COMPANY DOING BUSINESS AS MORTGAGE WAREHOUSE the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, GULF BREEZE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
