NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, and entered in 10-017186-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and PYRAMID ALUMINIUM, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS, NO. 18, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEAN M. LYON; LINDA EDWARDS; BOB LYON; MARK J. LYON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That Certain Condominium PareeI compsed of Dorchester Building, Unit 104, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions,restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Terrace Park of Five Towns, No. 18, a Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4895, Page 1305, et seq., as amended from time to time and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 35, Pages 81 and 82, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
