NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-001647-CO, of the County Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600/500 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and MICHELLE I. HUBBARD, and any and all UNKNOWN PERSONS in possession of the subject property, Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 19, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 330, Winston Park Northeast 500 Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4933, Pages 1671, et seq. and, all exhibits and amendments thereof and recorded in Condominium Plat 37, Pages 76 through 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
