NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-008524-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and YVETTE CUMMINGS HEATLY, YVETTE CUMMINGS HEATLY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LAURA MAE HARRIS, YVETTE CUMMINGS HEATLY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAURA MAE HARRIS TRUST CREATED UNDER LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT DATED 11/21/2002, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KESHIA L. CUMMINGS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESA L. CUMMINGS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, KESHIA L. CUMMINGS, TERESA L. CUMMINGS, ANAYYA EVERETT, A MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HIS/HER NATURAL GUARDIAN, TERESA LASHAWN CUMMINGS, ANYSSA EVERETT, A MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HIS/HER NATURAL GUARDIAN, TERESA LASHAWN CUMMINGS, AYANNA Y. PENNYWELL, A MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HIS/HER NATURAL GUARDIAN, TERESA LASHAWN CUMMINGS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVETTE CUMMINGS HEATLY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of September, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block “A”, Childs Park Fredericks Replat, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
