NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-002159 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and PATRICK J PARMENTIER A/K/A PATRICK PARMENTIER, SHARON MARIE PARMENTIER A/K/A SHARON PARMENTIER A/K/A SHARON M. PARMENTIER , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK J. PARMENTIER A/K/A PATRICK PARMENTIER, UNKONWN SPOUSE OF SHARON MARIE PARMENTIER A/K/A SHARON PARMENTIER A/K/A SHARON M. PARMENTIER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of September, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 30, Mack`s Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 17, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
