THE EAST 36 FEET OF LOT 9 AND THE WEST 36 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 20, SNELL AND HAMLETT'S COFFEE POT BAYOU ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON
