NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13. 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-000105-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders Of The Cwabs, Inc., Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2004-ecc2, is the Plaintiff and Patricia A. Haskins, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. Acting Solely as a Nominee for 123Loan Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Lisa Haskins, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
