NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 08-10041-CI-11, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 22, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, in Block 2, of Bay Colony Estates, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, at Page 14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
THIS NOTICE CORRECTS THE SALE DATE AS SET FORTH IN THE NOTICE OF SALE PUBLISHED ON JULY 25 AND AUGUST 1, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
