NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-001446-CI of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and, THOMAS AIDE and MARSHA AIDE are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on September 22, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, on the prescribed date at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
All of Lots 10 and 11, Block 29, of BELLEAIR ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 9 through 23, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and that part of Lot 9 described as follows:
Begin at the most Easterly point in the boundary line between said Lots 9 and 10 for a Point of Beginning; and from the Point of Beginning thus established, run Northwesterly along the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 9 bordering Osceola Road, a distance of 5 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the boundary line between said Lots 9 and 10 to the boundary line between Lots 9 and 14; thence Southeasterly along the boundary line between Lots 9 and 14, to the most Westerly point in the boundary line between Lots 9 and 10; thence Northeasterly along said boundary line between Lots 9 and 10 to the Point of Beginning; all lying and being in Block 29, BELLEAIR ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 9 through 23, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
