NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-002484-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and East Lake Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. ; Jennifer Rose Fels; Michael Fels are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, EASTLAKE OAKS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 12-16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
