NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-002427-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2006-KS4 is the Plaintiff and Jody Capua; The Bentley at Cobb's Landing Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 16-203, OF THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14748, AND PAGE 1703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
