NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated the August 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13 02391 CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VOYAGER BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, etc., is the Plaintiff, and BRYAN A. BAY, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on October 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

ALL in VOYAGER BEACH CLUB, a condominium, according to the Declaration Of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5477, at Pages 1561-1631, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended from time to time, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto an and undivided share in the common elements of said condominium as the same may be amended from time to time; and together with perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress, egress and use of all public passage-ways as well as common areas and facilities upon the above described land.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
