Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 8, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 522008CA013978XXCICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56 is the Plaintiff, and RALPH KING, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 83, INDIAN TRIALS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 43 AND 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
