NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-015300-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and ROSEMARY ELLIOTT A/K/A ROSEMARY E. ELLIOTT; SEMINOLE HILLS VILLAS RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 326, OF SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMUNIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 71, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DEDCLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2789, PAGE 663, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 12400 Park Boulevard, Unit 326, Seminole, FL 33772
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
