NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-008564-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, CHATEAUX DE BARDMOOR CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; REGIONS BANK BY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; JAMES W. OLIVER; KATHRYN P STEARNS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 11, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 8448, OF CHATEAUX DE BARDMOOR NO. 7, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3603, PAGE 989, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 8448 BRENTWOOD ROAD, SEMINOLE, FLORIDA 33777-2034
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
