NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 1, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-007613, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, NATASHA LOVETT A/K/A NATASHA D. LOVETT; ADRIAN LOVETT A/K/A ADRIAN M. LOVETT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 15, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 106 OF CASA DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINIUM, AND THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF WHICH ARE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CASE DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5633, PAGE 2053 THROUGH 2082, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 110 AND 111, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
