NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 1, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-004537-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RONALD M. PERRY, DECEASED; ELMA LEE PERRY F/K/A ELMA LEE BERNDTSON; W.E.C. 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 15, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 305, WATER'S EDGE 2 CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 92-94, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4080, PAGE 1698, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4095, PAGE 777, O.R. BOOK 4155, PAGE 907, O.R. BOOK 4564, PAGE 590, O.R. BOOK 6075, PAGE 1771 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
