NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, in Case No. 12-CA 2860 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which PNC Bank, National Association, , is the Counterclaimant/Third Party Plaintiff, Lundin Interior, Inc., is the Counterdefendant and Lundin Properties, LLC, Quatro Building Condominium Association, Inc., Lundin Interiors, Inc., Kathleen M. Lundin, Ronald E. Lundin, Marylen S. Lundin, Ronald J. Lundin and Unknown Tenant 1, are the Third Party Defendants, The Collier County Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by sale at the lobby of the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on December 29, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. 1, QUATRO BUILDING, A condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2057, pages 1908 through 1961, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The Real Property is commonly known as 2009 Trade Center way, Unit #1, Naples, Florida 34109.
Anyone claiming an interest in any surplus funds from the sale, other than the person who was the record property owner when the lis pendens was filed, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
