NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14CA00025, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRIAN M. COHEN VALENCIA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD GREEN DONALD GREEN LYNN GREEN ANNA S. HOROWITZ UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN GREEN; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 29 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 149, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGES 11 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
