YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED than an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in COLLIER County, Florida:
LOT 325 WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for WATERWAYS AT NAPLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is 1000 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., Suite B, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before ______, 2014 (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER
