NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-000511, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-SC1 is the Plaintiff, and EMMA HOUSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMMA HOUSTON; COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JEAN ELOI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on December 22, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 50.0 FEET OF THE EAST 105.0 FEET OF THE SOUTHEST ONE-QUARTER (1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (1/4) OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 30.00 FEET RESERVED FOR COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
