BRINKMAN IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2013; UNKNOWN TENNAT(S) #1 NOW KNOWN AS CHRISTOPHER CLARK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #2 NOW KNOWN AS MARTHA BRINKMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, AS NOMINEE FOR CAPITAL ONE HOME LOANS, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; FSGBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; AUTUMN WOODS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION; MAPLE BROOKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION; OAK HOLLOW AND MAHOGANY RUN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION; are the Defendants, I will sell the property located in Collier County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
