NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13CA01955, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and ALVIN HERZBERG MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR PULTE MORTGAGE LLC VERONA POINTE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A YUDENIA VALDES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 22 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 90, VERONA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 36 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
