NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13CA00171, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GEANNY MORALES LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. LAKEWOOD VILLAS IV HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. DONALD L. CUFAUDE BETTY ANN DEWEES GERARD MCLOUGHLIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 22 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
