NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2221-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NA, is the Plaintiff and DONALD L. ARNOLD A/K/A DONAL ARNOLD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GREG LOUCY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, AQUALANE SHORES, UNIT1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
